This policy is established in compliance with Law No. 18-07 of June 10, 2018, relating to the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and under the supervision of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).

1. Data Controller

2. Data Collected and Purposes

We collect only the data strictly necessary for the following purposes:

• Order Management and License Delivery: Last name, first name, company name, email address, phone number, billing address (and NIF/NIS/NAI/RC for B2B customers).
• Customer Account and Technical Support: Purchase history, assigned license keys, communications with customer service.
• Legal and Accounting Obligations: Invoicing and statutory archiving of commercial transactions.
• Marketing and Prospecting: Sending promotional offers and newsletters (with the option to unsubscribe / opt-out at any time via the link in each email or from the customer account).
• Payment Data: Bank details (CIB / Edahabia) are processed exclusively in encrypted form via the SATIM gateway. SARL IMKAN SPACE does not process or store any bank card data.

3. Data Retention Period

• Invoicing and Transaction Data: Retained for six (6) years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with Algerian legal obligations (Commercial Code and Law No. 18-05).
• Customer Account Data: Retained as long as the account is active to guarantee access to purchased license keys, or until a deletion request is made (excluding mandatory accounting archives).
• Marketing Data: Retained until consent is withdrawn (opt-out) by the user.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Transfers

Your data is never sold. It may be transmitted exclusively to:

• Third-party software publishers when nominative registration of the license with the publisher is required (last name, first name, address, phone number, email).
• The Alpay payment gateway (last name, first name, address, phone number, email) and banking institutions for payment processing.
• Competent Algerian authorities upon legal requisition.

5. Cookies and Third-Party Analytics Tools

Our websites use cookies to ensure their proper functioning (shopping cart, customer session) as well as third-party tools for audience measurement, marketing tracking, statistical tracking, and user experience optimization.
